This preserve was saved from housing development and has turned out to be one of the smartest ideas for Cambria. A walk above the bluffs will fill your soul. Pelicans, gulls, egrets, loons ,and hawks fly overhead. A place to reflect.

This gem of a Preserve is perched high over the ocean, with breath-taking views. The paths are lovingly maintained Friends of the Preserve, and they do a fine job. Beautiful walk.

Well managed, walking friendly trails. Dogs surely loved this stroll as much as we did. We took in the panoramic views of ocean and mountains while breathing in the fresh salt air listening to the waves roll in. We took water so we could take...More

It is public. There is parking at either end, though neither is very large. They are both through lovely residential areas. We usually park on the north end. You turn off Hwy 1 like you are going to Moonstone Beach BUT... More

It depends from where you are on Benson Avenue. We are almost at the farthest eastern point of Benson which is about a mile to a mile and a half to the ranch. It is all down hill on Randall and from there you can walk to... More
