It's not a dog friendly beach, but there is a long wood plank walking path that follows the beach up on the cliff. Very picturesque.

This beach is very gorgeous! Nice walking path. The sunset view was spectacular. There were a few areas to park along the road but we were staying in a hotel right across the road so we had no problem.
