My second time to this spa, but my first after the renovation / expansion and to stay overnight. My sister and I went for 3 nights / 4 days in November. We stayed in the 800 block of rooms. Rooms were comfortable but we could hear every footstep of the person above us, would have thought better soundproofing for $430/night.... More

I went for the mud bath experience. First timer. I knew that there would be some nudity, but didn't expect that I'd be prancing around naked for almost the entire experience, and I"m a more modest person. However, I overcame that and managed to enjoy the mud bath. I was somewhat disappointed in the "wrap" portion. I've had other wraps... More

My wife and I have been frequenting this resort for the last 8 yrs. We booked a cottage adjoining my brother and sister in law to celebrate our anniversaries together. Rooms in cottages are nice , large and quaint. The resort is quiet so you can sit on your patio in the morning drinking coffee in peace. The pool is... More

We happened upon this via hotel.com and were not disappointed. How amazing to have a geyser spewing smoke continuously on property! The mineral pool is amazing and open until midnight for romantic swims. We did not try the spa, but it has gotten good reviews. We took bikes into town (about 2 blocks) and shopped the stores on main street.... More

Had a great day here with a friend who lives in SF. We swam in the warm outdoor pool, had the whole mudbath experience, and lazed in the Buddha Garden and pond. The staff were really good as it was my first time and talked me through it. My friend has been before, more than once!! I noticed cabins on... More

Over expansion. The same beautiful pool but with triple the people. Trash and used towels left everywhere by the kind of patrons that the New Indian Springs attracts. The room rates are approaching the level of luxury destination spas but with zero added amenities. A bowl of bruised apples and two urns of mediocre coffee on offer in the morning.... More

Great experience. Tranquil, laid back, relaxing. Pro tips: 1. Go to the adult pool which is tucked behind the larger open pool - it is much quieter. 2. Choose a corner room on the second floor - the deck is much more private. The other rooms' decks have a small half-curtain to shield from the people walking in/out to their... More

We spent 4 days at Indian Springs and enjoyed our visit very much. Our spacious room in the Palm View section was private and quiet. There is a mini-frig, ice bucket, coffee maker, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, etc. in the room. The coffee, creamers, water bottles and two small snacks are replenished daily. The bed and bedding were very... More

I was here 20 years ago and although the mud bath service hasn't changed much in how they do it, the place has gotten a face lift. The Buddha pond is beautiful and a great way to end any treatment. We will be back again!

Came for a mother/daughter massage and facial. Both were only average and they also charged us to use the hot springs pool which was way overpriced. Would have been much happier to have the pool included with the spa service!
