Love going to the mall but the worst experience we had was when one of the stores disrespected my husband calling him You Armenians think this is Armenia for you. Techno World sold him defected watch band and when he went to ask how they could help the girl working there threw the band back to him and told him this is not Armenia for you. I wonder how Burbank Town Center handles racism against people shopping at the mall.

This is a great Mall , with major stores, like Macy's , Sears, Burlington cot factory, Bed and Bath, several well known smaller stores, including shoe repair shop, watch repair, a good food court with a variety.... Movie theaters, children playgrounds...etc... That is why I call this place a ONE STOP shopping...

It is torn all up with a complete makeover. Most of the stores are still open, but the beautiful patio outside the food court is GONE. That is a shame, it was so pleasant. Before the makeover start the stores are boring, so hopefully, it will have new life.

We popped into here after breakfast to browse around Macys. It was bigger than we thought it would be and liked it was not packed! But that is not good for business. Walked here from the Holiday Inn Hotel - about 15 mins away.

This mall looks like a relic. A few years ago it was a perfectly nice mall with lots of stores. These days it has become tired and sad.

I visited the Burbank Town Center in January 2019. I walked around and then had lunch in the food court (Sbarro). The Burbank Town Center is an OK shopping mall if you need to kill some time like I did. The neighborhood has a Barnes and Noble if you like bookstores plus many other restaurants and shops. My strange experience occurred while eating lunch in the food court. I woman with a baby came up to me with a sign asking for money. Just a strange experience.

After the remodel, the place looks great!! Hopefully, it will attract more stores and customers. It's nice to have a center like this so close to home!

We were staying nearby and decided to explore downtown Burbank for an evening out. The AMC cinema was amazing and the town centre had abundant restaurants and bars and a really great atmosphere even on a Thursday evening. Well worth a visit if you are looking to try something outside of LA during a visit

This mall meets most of our needs...couple of good restaurants, including a Mongolian bbq and a tamale house (great chile relleno.) Just wish it had more high-end retailers.
