Sandstone Canyon should be at the top of everyone’s list of desert canyons in this area...twisty & narrow in spots, tall canyon walls, varied colors. We love to go Jeeping in this area & always include Sandstone as part of our run!

Surprisingly, Trip Advisor does not recognize the Wind Caves as a destination yet Sandstone Canyon, a much harder place to get to, is recognized. We did not get all the way to Sandstone Canyon as the Fish Creek Wash gets very rugged just past the...More
