Very reasonably priced. Helpful and pleasant staff. Lovely surroundings, good variety of animals. Lots of animals to feed and pet. Not a huge variety of food for lunch but what there is was excellent and could not be faulted. Lots of seating around the park so you can watch the animals and birds. Would definitely recommend visiting, children will love... More

Very good day for the kids, koala holding, lots of animals to see and feed in a natural setting! price is good and it doesn't have as much verity as the big zoo, but these days are for the kids and it has quite a bit to see and do.

First visit to Australia so was desperate to see the wildlife. Hand fed the Kangaroos and wallaby's which was a fantastic experience, the kangaroos were so funny to see sunbathing, and are unbelievably soft to the touch. Wombats and Echidnas were also great to see but real highlight were the koalas. We had been lucky enough to spot one in... More

Cuddling koalas, feeding wallabies, camels and getting up close with dozens of other animals and birds at the Gorge Wildlife Park was a heckuva lot of fun when we did it recently. It’s an older facility but easy to get around and see and do everything in 2-3hours depending how long you want to cuddle the koalas.

Gorge Wildlife Park is a bit of a drive out of central Adelaide and not good for people who get car sick. Public transport is minimal so for out of state visitors hiring a car would be recommended. The park is a reasonable size with many Australian animals and few foreign. I would say certain enclosures may be a tad... More

Took my grandchildren to the park yesterday and they really enjoyed it very much. It was great to see them feeding the kangaroos and laughing so much because they were actually eating from their hands. When it came to holding the koala they were so excited to actually be holding an animal that they'd only seen in films before. I... More

If you want to see pretty much all of the native Aussie animals in one compact area, Gorge Wildlife Park is a great choice. From quokkas to snakes to camels, they're all here. Hold a koala, feed the wallabies, then see a few non-native monkeys. Kids loved it. Do keep hold of them though as some enclosures don't have too... More

The Gorge Wildlife Park is well worth visiting. The park is well maintained and more work is being done to upgrade some of the enclosures however it was explained that the very trying weather conditions in Adelaide in recent months have halted progress. The animals look happy, healthy and well fed. Staff were friendly and approachable and all were enjoying... More
