Love this place as is has a perfect combination of chill stroll, great coffee and food options, nice shopping and a place to work when needed which I really appreciate. Only downside is that prices are on the higher side.

This is one of the few places in Berkeley with chain stores, Sur Le Table, Crate and Barrel. It has some decent restaurants and coffee shops as well, and a couple of the original Japanese-owned businesses near Delaware Street.

I'm not much of a shopper, so just a middle of the road rating from me. The street has plenty to offer and is a nice, relaxed walk.

Lots of millennials and old people with money. Decent places to eat and I like some of the stores. Pretty walk.
