The $10.00 price for seniors was high. At least one placard was misspelled. The rooms were messy from kids paper airplanes, but no kids still making them, and it was a kids' museum. The kids I watched seemed desultory in their activities. Okay, I give in; there was an interesting group of photographs posted about butterfly mimicry. In fairness, my... More

This place is awesome! There is tons of stuff to do for our 3-year-old toddler. Sunday was actually our first time. We purchased a family membership and will be going back frequently.

I wish most cities around the world had a place like this. It is most fun for kids with lot of hands-on science activities. But even grown ups won't get bored looking around. The view from up there is amazing. The food at the cafe is better than most such places would offer.

We lived Berkeley. We bought a membership (very reasonable) so we could take the kids all of the time. Our kids, 2 and 5 years old, love it. There are a bunch of fun, interactive things in the entry hall as well as inside and outside. Exhibits change every so often so it stays fresh for the kids. There is... More

My grandsons love this place. We have been there many times from ages 5 to 15 and they always love it. We got to make ice cream once and it was a learning experience just like all the other things to do there.

It's especially geared to children and natural and physical science but as adults we always enjoy. The bookstore is exceptional and has teaching materials for their many curriculums. I used them when I tsught, and with our daughter.

Really awesome facility, empowers kids to learn about science from a young age. I remember coming up here with my mother as a child and climbing on the life-sized blue whale and enlarged DNA structures.
