Blue waters lovely, not a sandy beach which was expecting. Busy anchorage but generally well behaved, the west side is better for a swim off the boat as there are less small day boats.

Beautiful, crystal-clear, blue water provides a fantastic snorkeling opportunity, and that just next to the shore. There is not much space to leave stuff when entering the water (very narrow strip of stony "beach"), so probably better to go there off-season with less crowd. If you want to save on boat rent, just take the ferry to Drvenik Veli and take a 40min walk through the middle of the island - just remember to take water and a sun hat!

The only reason why I did not give an Excellent rating for this wonderful place is because when we arrived we had to face the fact that there was hardly any acceptable space to put down our towels. Not because naturally there is no space, but because the restaurant placed sunbeds everywhere and they are basically making you rent them if you want to sit or lay down properly. This is not very friendly.
The other thing is that the tourists are throwing their trash quite badly. This resulted to have these "trash collection points" at a few spots on the island. So no trash cans, but one starts to place the trash to a corner and others believe they can do that as well. This is not OK. The authorities should do something against it. If a storm hits the island or a heavy wind, all that trash ends up in the sea.
Otherwise the islands are beautiful and it is awesome for swimming and snorkeling even with kids.

Crystal clear water. Blue as blue can be on a sunny day. Loved it. Quite a number of tour boats swish past in a non stop visit. Coming in your own rented powerboat allows you to anchor, enjoy the lagoon and take a refreshing swim.

Would have loved to been there for longer, but it was part of a boat trip that stopped off in Trogir first. Had a great boat trip with free beer, and received snorkling gear and swam around chasing fish for an hour or so. Water is crystal clear, and warmish (in the eyes of a norwegian). Werent so many there at a time at least in early june, so might be more crowded during the proper tourist season, but is quite a spacious area to swim in.

Crystal clear (but a bit cold) water, still sea and charming virgin islands. Perfect place to moor overnight without docking. Nice family owned restaurant on the bigger island. Fantastic sight in the morning.

We took a ferry from Trogir (Jargolinija, 32kr there and back, took 1,5 hours. Boat has a bar, but no snacks). The walk to blue lagoon is heavy, but there's a lot of locals willing to drive you there and back. We took one, paid 150kr and he took us there and came to pick us up right on time. The lagoon itself was a dissapointment; the beach is rocky so swimmingshoes is a must. Also there is no shops where to get drinks or snacks. There is a restaurant though. If you have a boat & snorkels, go see the awesome waters. If not, don't bother.

This is simply not what it is advertised. I would recommend visiting the beaches on Trogir Island if you have a car. Beaches there are much nicer. The blue lagoon is quite dirty.

This place is very relaxing. We arrived by sailing boat and the anchorage is very busy - but generally well behaved. We stayed two days in a row and enjoyed the blue water the possibilities to go for a drink at the beach or to have a nice dinner in one of the restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

It is nice lagoon, with clear, warm sea. Overcrowded with boats you must be careful where you swim, because some of the people does not have any idea what sailing is about. Beach entrance to the sea may pose challenge to senior tourists because of rocks, but kind of rubber slip on shoes for sea will sort this out. Depth is not much (up to 1.5m even 50 mtr from the beach)
