It's the offseason, so we cant expect much. It is interesting how the forrest meet the beach. Good program for one day. It is a little dirty though. The sea is warm.

Heart of Cochin is Cherai. Neat and clean place. Sunset in this beach is amazing. Lot of restaurants and homestay. Easy to access. Hardly 20 km from Cochin city.

Slightly underwhelming compared to other Kerala beaches. However, I visited the beach during Cherai festival and it was absolutely lively. The waters are rough and one may want to be careful here in venturing too deep.

Good beach but not much special about it. Lots of accommodation options available here in resort and homestay categories. If you are staying nearby can spend some time.

A very clean beach with eateries, life guards and easily accessible. They have clean pay-and-use washrooms and overall a nice place to visit.

For the total sightseeing of Kochi Airport is good, but I suggest at least one day's stay in Cherai.
