Visiting this place from my young ages and now I take my son here. This is the only government maintained zoo in Chittagong. Previously it used to have a good number of animals but the amount has decreased day by day.

It is a very small zoo, just before the entrance of Foy's lake. Nominal entry fee. The authority may take a better care to make it an enjoyable place especially to the kids. Have a visit if you are going to Foy's lake.

There are very few recreational places for Children in Chittagong, and this zoo is one of them. Not much rich with the inhabitants, but surely can light up the mind of youngs.

Attractive for kids. I visited here many times. Nothing is special. Everything for the kids. They charmed very much.

Different animals not only of the local area, including tigers, monkeys, crocodiles. Frequently visited by the locals. 1 or 2 hours will do for the visit.

You come here to talk to some of the local tourists, not to look at the few sad animals in this zoo. The local tourists find you more interesting than the animals, expect to star in around a dozen photos if you come here.
