This nice Venetian castle is on the island in the middle of the harbour of Navplion. In 20th centuary it served as hotel, but now is just tourist attraction.

The castle is closed and the boat allows you only 10min just for a photo. But it is a construction site in reality so photos are poor. It is best to look at it from the city than pay to visit

Beautiful historical castle from Venetian times but a disappointment to see all the renovation works to have stopped like there was an outbreak of Plague !!! :))
