Our guide told us all about the Creator, the Organiser and the Destroyer and this time it all made sense. It's the only Dharma temple in the world.

Only brahma temple in India . The murti is nice. The offerings are just kept in front of the god. No puja happens in this temple.

temple was attractive and located on a high plinth , very well maintained and better to leave your shoes and camera in shops located just near to temple rather then putting in lockers by government as there will be little rush .

The visit here is very special, since you can't see this kind of temple anywhere. Put your shoes and cameras in one of the lockers along the way (as photography is forbidden there) and enjoy the visit. Better if you have a guide or read about the place.

One of the few Brahma's temples which are greatly maintained. A must visit for everyone who visits pushkar.

Even with a guide to explain the significance to us, this sight had no magic for us. Maybe it was the paying for the locker to hold our bags (which was not necessary) or the information that it is tradition to buy something in the market after visiting the temple or the banging on the box as you walked out... One of the main attractions in Pushkar. Not a lot to 'see' but an important Temple in the Hindu religion.

A one of its kind temple of Lord Brahma the creator. Lot of commercialization around it, don't fall for any. Bags and shoes are not allowed inside so you can take a locker here for a nominal fee of Rs. 20/ and put your bag and shoes in it. the temple will not take more than 10 minute to visit.

Worth a visit being the only Brahma temple, considering he is the creator or universe as per Hindu mythology. It has its own religious and historical significance.

We walked through the narrow lanes depicting the arabian nights feeling in Pushkar, to reach the only Bramha (Creator of the World) Temple in the world. The temple was on a hill top and amongst some tight security. When we reached to take the blessings of Lord Brahma , the feeling was really special and so was the story of... More
