A 5 minute photo stop at best, only worth doing if it is on your way to some place else. There really isnt much to do or see around this place. Strictly ok.

If you have never seen any tea/ coffee gardens then you may get fascinated but if you have then you would be disappointed! These tea gardens are nothing as compared to the ones at Munnar or in the north east. Elevation isn't also great for you to enjoy the scene. If you happen to enter the garden, you would be... More

We stopped at the tea gardens in Kangra on our way to Mcleodganj. We hadn't planned on it, but when our driver recommended it, we just couldn't resist. At one end of the beautiful tea garden was the sun, and at the other end were the snow-clad Himalayas. It was one-of-a-kind experience walking through these tea gardens, especially because there... Beautiful unspoilt place with not too many tourists so ideal for walking deep into the tea gardens. A quaint old man sits outside selling packets of green leaf tea and black tea fresh from teh garden factory. If you are interested in tea gardens which are different from Assam and the South this is a place to visit.
