Wroxham Barns is one of Norfolk's leading tourist attractions. With its accent firmly on quality and with strong green credentials, it manages that really rather rare thing - of appealing to different ages. Grown-ups enjoy pottering around the shops and workshops, often chatting to the artists themselves or stopping to watch a craftsman create something unique. With a wood turner, stained glass specialist and Chris Hutchins from Norfolk Sketches, you will find the gift that is just that bit special. Fashion lovers should seek out the Gallery where labels such as Seasalt, Ness and Steilmann are on offer along sidehand bags, scarves, hats and more. And Sugar and Spice offers quirky children's pieces which are much more fun than items offered in the High Street. Foodie lovers are especially well catered for as the Pantry is packed with delicious food, much sourced locally so you can stock up your own store cupboards with jams, chutneys, oils, wines and more.

I just had to leave this review, as today my wife and I had afternoon tea at Wroxham Barns, and I have to say it was lovely. Everything homemade and wonderfully fresh. Great selection of finger sandwiches with tasty fillings, and cakes and biscuits to...More

There was a circus there this summer, which added to the attraction of this interesting complex. The grandchildren enjoyed rides, and firing air-rifles, at the fair. More recently a friend and I had coffee there, and explored the artisans' shops. Fascinating. Not to be missed...More

Paid a visit here with friends and enjoyed mooching around the different shops. My favourites were the stained glass shop, sewing & craft store, the sweet shop and a store selling a great collection of clothes (fashion and outdoor) and gifts. It has a nice...More

We visited on a Sunday morning, unfortunately the pottery shop was closed! The best shop was the food one on the right, sells really lovely sausages. Just was not enough there for grown ups - could do with a decent tea room (one that sells...More

We stopped overnight to top up our supplies while holidaying on a river cruiser. There is a local supermarket, Roy's of Wroxham. A little overpriced but that's to be expected for a tourist town. There are a number of local pubs and restaurants together with...More

Spent an hour and a half with my 9 year old daughter there yesterday. The main shop is great selling typical country shop/barn things....the other shops are worth a peruse. Cider, clothes, toys, wooden gifts, pickles, children’s crafts and art, just what you expect really....More

Went in October late afternoon in good weather. Some of the shops and café/restaurant had closed early before stated times . I was told this was due to lack of customers and staff costs.

We as a family had a lovely day out at Wroxham Barns. It costs £6.50 for Adults and children aged 2 and above but well worth it as you can spend a lot of time looking at all the farm animals and pets. You have...More

Not quite sure which review you have read but it certainly wasn't mine. I did not say anything about a beach or its opening hours or coffee and cake for that matter.

There are a number of locally brewed ciders, the tastes differ according to the apples, but they are far better than bulk standard supermarket ciders. Superior products obviously command a higher price, but given the quality... More
