    Exceptional cave tour
While visiting Eureka Springs my husband and I decided to take a tour of one of the local caves. Our tour guide, Lance, made the experience exceptional. He was personable, knowledgeable, witty, patient and we could tell he enjoyed his job. He made the visit worth the price of admission. Great place to enjoy the area. Just a note of caution... walkways can be steep and challenging for some.

Cool place to visit while you’re in Northwest Arkansas
Adam was the tour guide, he was very informative about everything about the cave, about the bats, about the river water levels in there. Absolutely a wonderful tour. Hats off to him. Congratulations. He did a good job. I would recommend this to anyone in this area to go and experience the cave, and the stories about the movies that were made in there and the Famous people that have visited there. Absolutely a must see in northwest Arkansas.

    Great cave tour
We loved our cavern tour!!! Our tour guide was amazing and we even got to see a small bat. The cave itself was actually pretty damp and this was the first cave I've been to that had grass growing inside it. We also did the wacky house and the maze. The maze was more for kids so we didn't enjoy it but the wacky house was fun. It's actually not called that but it's basically the same thing. They offer gem mining as well but we opted not to participate in that.

I am sorry but Onyx cave was so much better. They let dogs go on the tours and I am a dog lover but when your dog can quit whining or barking, well it ruined the tour. We couldn't hear the guide and the people with the dogs were almost as loud as the dog and of course they had to be near the guide. And we had three HUGE dogs on our tour! They stunk worse than the bat poop! We did see a couple of bats fly around. It cost extra if you want to see stalactite's or stalagmites and I don't know of any other cave that does that. Was disappointed in the whole thing. But that is just me. Maybe I expected too much.

I asked the tour guide about White Nose Syndrome, a condition killing hundreds of thousands of bats. He said it was not affecting the bats in Arkansas because it did not get cold enough in their state. When I when home I looked this up and found it to be a lie. It seems like privately run caves think only about money. All he had to do is say yes, it is present. Also the cave was not as nice/interesting as Cosmic Caverns and seemed overpriced.

Our tour guide, Adam, was astonishing. He knew so much about the cave and the kids enjoyed his tour. The water falls inside the cave were pretty magnificent. It was great going in the middle of summer, because the cave was a cool, about 55 degrees. The moonshiners mystery shack was a tipped over house with optical illusions with various activities. The lost in the woods maze was also fun. You have to find five lost tribes that when found you punch a hole in your ticket. Time from the start so you can brag about your time.

Very beautiful place! The cavern is nice and cool. Our guide Adam was very informative and engaging. He was very interactive with my 3 year old grandchild and my 13 year old great niece as well as everyone else.

After several picnics around the Beaver Lake, we decided to try something different. War Eagle Cavern was the perfect choice. It's a leveled walk (unlike the cavern in the Silver Dollar City of Branson), and even small kids enjoyed in our group. Joanne, our guide, was brilliant: full of knowledge (like a geology teacher), considerate, and delightful. The cafe, however, was closed, not that we needed anything from there. We will bring our grand kids.

We visited on a whim and were glad we did. The cavern tour was excellent. Our guide Adam was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time making sure children in the group were entertained. Bonus, the views of Beaver Lake are spectacular. There are also hiking trails in the area for the more athletic tourists. Private attractions can be hit or miss. This one was good.

The best part is to learn about all the cool facts, feeling the rocks close up and the anticipation to see bats! Going through the narrow passages, getting to see water droplets through the cracks high up. Very detail oriented and personalized tour with a great tour guide Adam. Highly suggest feeding the fish in the lake as well. Really cool place to visit for a great experience in the Ozark.

Toured the cavern with friends. Our guide, Joann, was very informative, sharing facts about how the cavern came to be as well as the history of who inhabited the cavern. We’re all seniors but were able to navigate the tour well. Lots of walking, some downhill, then of course back uphill, however, the pace allowed us to take our time. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here!! There were several children on our tour. Kudos to their parents! All were very well behaved! Followed the rules and their parent’s directives!

This was a great little cave tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were no bats in residence at the time of our visit, but it was very interesting to hear about them and their life in the cave. We had a precious older couple in their 80's who had never been on a cave tour in our group, and experiencing the cave with them made it even more special. Definitely glad that we stopped.
