Saw a Saturday night concert here. Ate hotdogs, popcorn and cokes and enjoyed some great music. Sounds like a lot to do here but all we did was attend the concert.

Our favorite parts were the blacksmith (super nice guy-loads of info), the coppersmith, the potter (bought some beautiful soup bowls), but there's something for everyone and the demonstrations were educational!

Our visit began with a night time visit to the music auditorium where locals displayed their talent in music and dance. We were amazed by the children who played instruments and danced as well as adults. The family atmosphere made it a great place to visit. The park with its various display of the area's culture in presenting numerous crafts... More

This is a wonderful way ro spend an afternoon or a day. Look around the exciting wares at the craft shop. Then enter the Village. Several crafters will demonstrate their art (pottery, quilting, knifemaking, etc.) These folks are friendly and informative. Some will even invite you to try your hand. All this is to the tune of old-time musicians who... More

We went to every cottage and spoke with almost all the artisans about their crafts. We met weavers, glass workers, toy makers, soap and essential oil craftspeople. There were also printmakers, and rifle makers. We also enjoyed old time music of dulcimers, spoons and banjos.

This was a very interesting and educational place to visit. Extremely talented people who will tell you anything you want to know about the items they are working on, from soap making, pottery making, even making brooms. We had a great time. Even our teenager enjoyed it.

The craft village artisans are so friendly. They are eager to answer any question and demonstrate anything that they are asked. The music shows are delightful to watch. Square dancing, jig dancing, local musicians, and feature performers all make up a great show. This is a definite do not miss when you are visiting the northern part of the state.

I love this place. The cabins are wonderful, peaceful. The restaurant is the best if you like down home cooking. The music is great. Check the calendar and go on the weekend when an appealing performer or workshop is being held. I spent several days and took in area attractions. Ask the locals what's going on. The park is a... Went here today and had a good visit. Educational as you see different types of crafts being made. Good music by the oldtimers. Thoroughly enjoyed the time there. Small restaurant on the premises.
