I did the Dripstone Trail because I was on a somewhat tight schedule. I guess they only offer the Discovery Trail in the summer. Charlie was our guide and he was fantastic! He answered lots of questions, was full of interesting fun facts, and had...More

we decided on the longer tour, and it wasn't all it could have been, we felt rushed thru the cave, wasn't ample time to take pictures of what we wanted pictures of, they gave photo opps but it seemed like where they wanted you to...More

Visitor center is beautiful, nice gift shop. We bought tickets online so there was no wait when we arrived. Take an elevator down to the caverns. Dripstone tour was an hour and gorgeous. The guide was informative and fun!

Discovery Tour is worth the time and money. You will get to see all the different rooms and caverns, see a lot of formations, the caves opening, underground river and bats!

The cave was beautiful. The last tour of the day and the guides turned their heads as guest touched and broke off some keep sake things. That frustrated me greatly. If this continues to happen there will not be a cave to see and enjoy.

Arrived late in the day but plenty time to take the last tour of the day (4:30)! The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable professionals who are passionate about the park. Views here are absolutely worth the trip.

This cavern and Springs are a must see if travelling in Northern Arkansas (or just travelling)! It is very accommodating and accessible. I am a little claustrophobic and was a little leery of going underground, but it was not anything like I expected. There is...More

We went two weeks after school was back in and were pleased at the lack of crowds. There were still quite a few people and our tour group was full but it wasn't overwhelming. When we first arrived the very next tour was full so...More

I'm no fan of frivolous spending of tax dollars but there is nothing frivolous about the money spent on this place. It's a simple and straightforward Park - no frills beauty, just what I like. My wife and teenage daughters and boyfriends were similarly impressed....More

I would certainly not take small children on the longer tour. It is over an hour long and there are dangerous areas where they need constant supervision. I would recommend the dripstone tour at their ages.
