Located on the Melia Caribe property. Lots of shops & restaurants. Fairly expensive high end shops. Only a 5 minute walk with an entrance at the rear of the mall for Melia guests with a security guard t the entrance, Free transportation from the resort also available.

It's a mall the prices in most shops equal to or more than state side. It does however have a nice Spanish restaurant with a fun beach theme and one of the best breakfasts I've eaten and it's the only spot we found to easily get local currency without an extra fee (my bank refunds the ATM surcharge). It does... More

So disappointed in this, it's outdoor so very hot with no breeze due to the surrounding shops and all extremely expensive/designer shops. The only highlight was a stunning ice cream parlour (I can't recall the name as they need a 5* review). We wanted to browse in touristy shops and were disappointed as even the designer stores weren't ones our... More

If you are looking for food, the mall has a couple of nice restaurants such as the Outback, Hard Rock and an Italian restaurant. It also has a nice gelato place. The supermarket is great and is nicer than the new Jumbo market in the San Juan mall. The stores in the mall though are very expensive. If you like... More

We had a family wedding at a Paradisus resort here and not everyone stayed at the same resort. It is very difficult and costly to just visit all-inclusive resorts. Most resorts on the beach can take you here for free so it is the perfect space to meet and socialize with family and friends. Outback Steakhouse was good. Good quality... More

We stayed at Melia Caribe and the shopping mall was just across the street. Nice mixture of souvenir shops, jewelery stores and some high end stores. We bought some Italian perfume there. Be careful with your Larimar purchases there though, the dangly earrings didn't even make it home. One of the pear shaped stones fell out in the bag and... More

The mall has upscale stores but I was only interested in the supermarket to bring back items. At the supermarket you can buy everything from sliced deli meats to a washing machine. From the resort I stayed at they had a tram to bring you there and back remember bing every 15 or so minutes.

My friends and I cam here to check out all the shops and restaurants they because we heard there was a lot to choose from. They were right, but the tripped turned into mostly window shopping. The only thing that I found and was reasonibe was the cigar shop, where we got a couple dominican cigars to enjoy and take... More

It's everything you can get at home but for more cash. So that's not ideal but if you want to spend then great. Handy little pharmacy incase you need anything. Not extremely well stocked but okay. Decent fold and coffee with a hard rock and outback steakhouse. All well kept and clean. But very very expensive.even for a hardcore shopper... More
