Interesting historical place. The statue of General Douglas Mac Arthur will commemorate the World War 2 battle of Japanese soldiers and American soldiers in that area.

Went to Palo, Leyte just to see this but it disappoints me. The place was not well maintained. Murky water, the lawn was not maintained, Mac Arthur and the other statues should be repainted. This is a historical place and it should be taken cared...More

We went to Leyte and Mac Arthur park because my Father served there during WW2 It was nice but in very good condition ,but still brings emotions when you see it .
