It is really stupid to list this mere pathway as an attraction. The "hombres illustres" don't even have a connection to Tuxtla Gutierrez. The attractions are the two excellent museums the path connects.

The day we were there most of the rooms were closed, but the archaeological section was open. Chiapas is home to quite a few Mayan ruins, Palenque being the most famous. This part of the museum was not large but the collection was definitely worth...More
