To see the falls, one must walk several blocks through a forest type area. This is pleasant but when you reach the viewing platform, the falls are still fairly far away. I guess it depends where you are from. If your home area does not have a lot of water falls that are easily accessible, you may find the walk... More

The falls are beautiful but the 440 steps down and then back up in Philippines heat is a killer. Also, the steps are very uneven and winding, with rope assists in the harder places, so I wouldn't recommend anyone attempting this one if you are not in somewhat in shape.

Cold water fall breeze.it was a minutes hike going to the falls but surely you will love the silence and coldness of the breeze. Visitors must really experience it though it really took minutes of travel. Worth it!

Malabsay Falls can be easily accessed for those with cars, although part of the road going there is still rough road. You have to walk some 400 (plus) steps to get to the Malabsay Falls where the water is so cold as if you are swimming in ice water. Place is not commercialized, which is good since we want to... The national Parc of Mt Isarog is a must see, the trail to drive there is rough at the end so I wouldn't recomend it at the rainy season. At the entrance of the Parc you can leave your vehicle and approche the staff were you'll pay 10 pesos for the children and student and 40 for adults. You have... More

Great natural waterfall, but dangerous if you don't wear something fitted. Buildings are run down and it's sad to see no-one cares for the place. Man at gate happy to take the money then fall asleep in his hammock. There are plenty of plants to see and flowers plus we saw local wildlife lizards. Great pool to swim in at falls.... More

Some of the best waterfalls I have seen in the Philippines! Once you get to the mountain, (via Jeepney and a short ride on the back of a Motorbike) it is not a long trek down to the falls. We did encounter a snake along the way, but our lovely guide warned and guided us well around (guide was included... More

This is a must if you are in the area--a short walk down the steps leads you to a crystal clear pool with an amazing waterfall. Have a swim -its deep and cold but worth it. This is unspoilt at the moment but there are plans to make it more commercial. Go by motorbike or 4x4 to the entrance where... More
