One of the pancha bootha sthalam Temple is huge and takes atleast an hour to take the time to devour it. Sivan is at slightly lower than floor level Ample parking Nearby famous hotel serves butter dosa which is very tasty

This is one of the Greatest temples of Lord SHIVA representing the manifestation of prime element of water. The water inside the Lord SHIVA linga never dries even the water in River Cauvery dries which is located nearby.

the temple is huge and sanctum sanetorium is very good to see. recommend to buy special ticket so that can go inside and see water beneath shiva lingam. Akhilandeswari is Beautiful. really good for young children to show them Indian heritage.

This temple is for lord Shiva. This is very nearby Sri Ranganathan Swamy temple and one of the panchbhoot temple for water. This is very old temple and inside you will feel out of the world.

known as monkey temple located in Tiruchirapalli, we had a early morning visit and got darshan, this temple is known as Jambukeswarar.

This temple is located in Thiruvanaikal, Trichy in Tamilnadu. Thiruvanaikal Jambukeshwarer temple is one of the five major Shiva Temples of Tamil Nadu (Panchabhoota Sthalams), where the god is Jambukeswarer ( Lord Shiva ) and Goddess Akilandeswari ( Amman ). It is one of the 275 Paadal Petra Sthalams. The temple has inscriptions from the Chola period.

The temple is very beautiful...Nice Lingam inside the santum santorium ...Please visit..Not a crowded place like the Shri Rangam temple..The Gopuram is very nice and big...

Must visit on your list of places to visit in trichi. Very peaceful ambience .. wish we could spend more time there. Great experience to visit one of the oldest temples in South India.
