Kashmir is often called “Paradise on Earth”. Yes, that is what we experienced this time in our first visit to this beautiful place.
Lush green valleys, snow-capped mountains, beautiful lakes, and picturesque landscapes makes Kashmir truly the paradise.
The generous hospitality of people and delicious food, be it ultimate wazwan to dry fruits, spices or kebabs/maggi from the street counters, make the place fabulous for your vacation.
On top of that, if you have somebody awesome to guide, suggest, arrange the entire trip. Discover Gulmarg, owned by Irfan has been outstanding in making this trip a grand success for us. He is somebody who is always there to listen to you and help provide the best of services. Irfan always picked up the best for us .. Imtiyaz who drove us the entire trip is an amazing person who is not a sensible driver, which is needed while you drive in mountains, at the same time he has been punctual and with extremely positive attitude. Having Imtiyaz with was a big difference. Malik Bhai, who came in his Alto, which he was very proud of, helped us in the Godola ride. Without him, we couldn’t have managed to be in the ride in the chaos. Farooq, who took us for sight-seeing in Gulmarg, a young driver who took us till Kargil from Sonmarg were excellent people we met during the trip. The experience of The Kyber resort and WelcomHeritage Gurkha Houseboat need separate review on their own as both were experience of lifetime.
Lastly one suggestion for Irfan – In couple of instances we faced issues with local guides regarding rates. I know that it is not possible for you to resolve the same. However, please try to be travel consultant and highlight your clients about those and let the clients manage on their own instead of being surprised and irritated while facing those sitiations.
You have be AWESOME and I recommend you strongly to anybody who wants to visit KASHMIR …. You and your team made our trip a memorable one, which we will not forget in our life time … all the best ….

The complete arrangement of the trip was very well done. It was comfortable for all the age groups, my parents aging 70 as well as my son aging 8 years old. The choice of hotels made by them was excellent serving very good variety of veg food. The service received by all of them was very humble and cooperative. Overall it was a very pleasant trip with best of the arrangements. We are leaving this place with some amazing memories. We are very pleased with our driver Niazbhai. He has been an amazing host and a great guide to this beautiful state of Kashmir.

Our trip to Kashmir was an absolute delight, all thanks to the impeccable service provided by this agency and our fantastic tour guide Niyaz Bhai. From the moment we landed at Srinagar airport, our he was there, ready to guide us through the mesmerizing landscapes and cultural wonders of Kashmir. He was not only a skilled chauffeur but also a knowledgeable guide who took us to breathtaking viewpoints and hidden gems, always just a phone call away. Special thanks to Irfan Bhai, our travel agent, for arranging comfortable accommodations that were both high quality and interesting. Choosing Discover Gulmarg Adventures for our Kashmir adventure was the best decision we made! This was our second trip with them. From the bustling city of Srinagar to the serene landscapes of Pahalgam, the remote beauty of Gurez, and the snow-capped peaks of Gulmarg, Niyaz Bhai, our driver skillfully navigated us through each location, sharing captivating stories and insights along the way. He ensured we didn't miss any hidden gems. Special thanks to Irfan Bhai, our travel agent, who curated accommodations that were both comfortable and uniquely suited to each location. His attention to detail ensured that we experienced the true essence of Kashmiri hospitality. “Gar firdaus, bar ruhe zamin ast,

As it means Kashmir is the paradise on earth. And when you have such a humble caring and flexible travel Companion(Niyaz Bhai). It adds a lot . We were well guided by him in the complete tour and he made sure the time and money we have spent is utilised to the maximum levels. We travelled with 2 kids of 2 years old and he made sure our trip was exactly what we wanted. He has a very good collection of songs which matched our taste.
The communication were crisp and clear from day 1 of interaction.
We covered Gurez , Pahalgam , Gulmarg , Srinagar.

This was my first trip with Discover Gulmarg Adventures and I must say it was nothing but an amazing experience. Right from the start Irfan bhai guided us on the tour itinerary and was quick to oblige on many of our queries. The best part was our driver Niyaz bhai who I must say is one of the most lovely person we met in Kashmir. He is surely our all time best driver and I would recommend Niyaz bhai as the go to person for anybody visiting Kashmir. His patience , right guidance and concern for passenger safety made us feel close to home. I would hands down say Discover Gulmarg adventures was an exhilarating experience and would always prefer them when visiting Kashmir.

We went to Kashmir in April 2024 for a very short holiday. I had approached DGA for their services at the 11th hour and that too in the peak season! Still, they were very warm and responsive and provided us good hotels and services. Kudos to Mr.Irfan and his team!
Our hotel in Gulmarg was Rosewood. While the rooms were very good and centrally heated, the food was average.
In Srinagar, we were provided accomodation at Robusta Retreat.
It is a small resort type of accomodation at the other end of Dal Lake.Stay there if you wish to be away from crowds and prefer a more quiter environment. The food was good and the property as such was asthetically done.

Amazing arrangements by Mr. Irfan. The stay and the travel was very well organised.
Our tour guide/driver Mr.Niyaz was a very kind, warm personality. He made sure that our internal travel was very comfortable.

We did a 6-night trip to Pahalgram, Gulmarg, Srinagar, and Sonmarg. Niyaz Bhai was an excellent driver and tour guide, and made the trip very memorable and fun. Every morning, he showed up excited to show us around, always had great music playing, and would explain the history of each site we visited. He was always very patient and very knowledgeable about all the places to take us. Highly recommend!! Will always remember Kashmir because of him!

Hi. We are a family of four, two adults and two kids, aged 9 years and 6 years. Also, my Father-in-law and Mother-in-law may join our trip. And my elder brother's family is also joining. They are three. Two adults and son aged 16 years. So, in total about 9 members.
My daughter like snow and always asks me to take to a place where she can enjoy snow. Please let us know if you can guide us in having a memorable vacation in Kashmir for about four to five days. We do not have any idea about Kashmir, I hear about Gulmarg, Sonmarg. Also, intrested to know about House Boats etc. Please help us in having a memorable vacation. We are planning to come in March between 22-Mar to 30-Mar.
