Great experience starting from the first WhatsApp from back home, Gody arranged everything for us almost last minute and customized the tour to our needs as we talked along the days, excellent amd prompt communication.

We were picked up from the airport and taken to a nice hotel in Moshi, our accommodation for the night before and after the trek.

We made a stop on the way to the mountain here we were able to rent all the stuff we didn't bring with us (sleeping bags, walking poles, water bottles, etc)

There is an entire team of people made up of mountain guides, porters and a chef who will stay by you along the way and make your experience unforgettable.

Our guides Ricky and "Rhino" were extremely patient with our pace and kept chatting with us the whole time, sharing stories about Kilimanjaro or Tanzania in general

The cling was way more challenging than we thought, especially towards the summit night, but I guess it makes the entire journey memorable, watching sunrise from Uhuru peak is a once in a lifetime experience.

If you have enough time and you're not that fit I would recommend doing the 7- day version of the trek but either way it is super fun, just bear in mind you might need to take your altitude sickness tablets a few hours before reaching the summit as all 3 of us felt a bit funny and light headed.

To sum up, definitely go for Bless Africa tours, they have the most competitive prices in the market and the offer flawless service

Don't forget to bring sunscreen! Your foreheads and hands will appreciate it ;)

Our family of four with college students were so pleased with our day trip to ANP. We booked the day trip directly with Gody over a year ago. Despite multiple changes on our flight itinerary on our part, he was very flexible and easy to work with. Communication via email was easy and the driver Shikani was very knowledgeable and tried very hard to provide the best experience possible. We hiked with the ANP guard and saw multiple giraffes very close up. Shikani our driver worked hard to show us herds of zebras, small antelopes and even an elephant. A day trip to Arusha National Park with Bless Africa was a great experience & we would happily recommend it to friends.

Thank you for a great, safe and successful trekking to Kilimanjaro! The entire trip took place without any health or technical problems.

We chose Gody and his company Bless Africa because of the great contact before the trip, detailed emails, specific answers. In Tanzania, it turned out that Gody is well organized, very punctual and calm person. He picked us up at the airport along with a guide, arrange a hotel in Moshi.

Our guides on Kilimanjaro, McDonald and Godluck (Kifaru), knew the route and distances very well, each of them has already reached Kili summit more than 100 times! They were very attentive, helpful, advised where to put our feet on the rocks, helped to carry a backpack and poles in more difficult moments. They adjusted the pace to our abilities (slightly faster than the „pole pole”), checked our health and oxygen levels in every evening. We had many interesting conversations with them, especially with McDonald, they told us about the plants we passed, views we saw.

In addition, we were accompanied by an efficient team of 8 porters and a great cook, Joseph. Everyone was always warm and smiling, and the porter-waiter Hashim was a good spirit of the team.

Bless Africa provides very good equipment, actually new tent, a chemical toilet. The food was tasty, the ingredients thoughtful for climbing, and the portions were huge. The team surprised us with fresh fruit brought to huge heights (e.g. pineapple in Barafu camp at 4673m!).

In addition to climbing Kilimanjaro, we also spent 4 days on safari. We visited 3 parks: Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our guide and driver, Julius, answered all our questions, he was very knowledgeable about animals, we even saw hard-to-reach animals (e.g. leopard) or lions and cheetahs during the hunt.

We definitely recommend Bless Africa and would definitely choose them again. Thank you, guys, for an amazing trip!

Where to start? Before booking with Bless Africa my group and I was uncertain how to book what we hoped would be the trip of our lifetime. But once we found Gody and Bless Africa we felt confident it was going to be great.

Gody did an amazing job with planning, arranging, and informing us how to make this trip everything we wanted it to be. Once in Africa everything was perfectly planned out and executed.

Our 6 night journey up Kilimanjaro via Machame route was a once in a lifetime experience and his guide Danny & Ronald and team of porters, not only got us to the peak safely and successfully but we actually had fun doing it. We loved the personal touches his team had along the way to make the experience everything we wanted and more! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to summit Kilimanjaro.

After Kilimanjaro, Gody planned an amazing

With so many tour companies to choose from and so many reviews to digest, we (my son and I) finally settled on “Bless Africa Tours”. The owner, Gody, is a former guide is a master in organizing hikes of this nature. We selected his firm 4 months in advance of the hike and was thoroughly impressed with his guidance, suggestions and response time to our many questions leading up to the big day. Once we arrived at the airport Gody and his team took over. We were picked up at the airport and taken to their office for an equipment inspection, orientation of what to expect over the next 6 days and a q&a. Once comfortable with the “plan” we were taking to a local hotel for some food and rest. The next day Bless Africa picked us up at the hotel and introduced us to our 11 person team (guides and porters). Gody and his team have a safety first mindset which was evident throughout the journey. Oxygen tanks were carried by the guides so that they were quickly accessible to help clients in need. Oxygen and heart rate levels were measured and recorded nightly to determine if client was safe and “fit” to continue. Guides in from and back of us were in constant communication about our progress, struggles and comfort. The guides had to be the best in the city - each with more than 100 climbs on their resume. That experience was invaluable in navigating the trail and issues that popped up. Ask for Bahati and George…they were beyond exceptional. We slept in tents with top of the line sleeping bags. Although freezing outside, we slept in our underwear every night. Meals were served in our tent daily and were better than what I normally eat at home - beef, chicken, pasta…and even French fries. Fruit and hot breakfast were a daily treat. In the end, Gody and Bless Africa did everything possible to keep us informed, safe and comfortable. We were treated like kings and our success in reaching the summit is entirely attributed to their team and how they prepared and supported our efforts. If in doubt on who to select, look no further than Gody and Bless Africa Tours. We have nothing negative to say about our experience and only praise for this amazing team, brand and organization.

Where to begin! Gody and his crew are the most incredibly wonderful people. From start to finish we were so well looked after, Gody answers any questions you may have before you arrive, and even organised our required PCR test when we came off the mountain ready for our flight back. We went as a group of 3 and struggled through some parts but Danny and Ricky made sure they got us up there and made our dreams come true, making us laugh and cry the whole way up and down.
Chef John made us the most delicious food - we ate better on top of a mountain than we do at home!! And catered to our dietary requirements too.
These beautiful men carry our belongings and set up our tents every day with a smile on their face and it was a pleasure getting to know them all. I can’t recommend this company enough and wouldn’t want anyone to have this experience of a lifetime without the support of Gody and his crew at Bless Africa. Thank you!!

We did the six day route to climb Kilimanjaro with Bless Africa and can’t recommend it more. Everything was extremely professional- Gody replied to us so quickly all the time when we were planning this trip from home which made us feel very relaxed and we knew from the beginning that were in good hands!
The crew was incredible and we were looked after very well! The guides were very knowledgeable and supportive, and John the chef, what a legend! I’m veggie and he catered everything so I could have enough nutrients for my climb.
I’d definitely recommend Bless Africa as our experience was incredible! Xx

I am so happy to have found Gody and Bless Africa Tours! Gody is the most helpful and patient guy who you can ever meet. Our original plan was to climb Kili but due to certain circumstances we had to cancel the trip and instead we decided to go on a safari. The plan was changed last minute and Gody was absolutely amazing organizing a perfect trip for us. Whenever I emailed him he replied very promptly. It was never too many questions or requests for him. I already had very good experience pre-trip and it got even better as we arrived in Moshi. Gody personally came to pick us up from the airport to discuss the trip plans and I found it extremely personal. Gody also organized probably the best driver/guide for our safari. Definitely ask for Shrima as your guide as he is the kindest and most patient human you will ever meet! We still miss his company although it has already been few weeks since our trip.
The first night we had a small issue with our room in the hotel in Moshi and on the way back from the safari Gody had organized an upgraded room so that our overall trip experience would not be affected. Thank you so much for trying to make our trip as memorable as possible.
We can highly recommend Bless Africa Tours as you will be looked after so well and Gody will do anything for you to have the most memorable experience. Also, you will be supporting a local business and its people.
One day when we are ready to take on Kili, Gody will be the man who we will trust to organize our adventure!

Bless Africa was everything I was hoping for and more. I didn't know much going into this whole journey, but after two months of email back and forth with Gody (the owner for Bless Africa) I was 100% confident embarking on a journey of a lifetime.

Gody was great. He picked us up at the airport (even had to wait an extra hour because customs too forever). Any morning that we had a transition he was there waiting at the hotel to make sure things went smoothly. And every night before a transition, he would come and debrief us on the next morning.

The actual Trek up Kili was awesome. He had Danny as our guide and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Danny was very informative about the hike and all the routes the mountain has to offer. The Porters were equity as great. They would always say hey as they passed us on the mtn and their spirits were always bright. I can't imagine doing this trek with anybody else. I would highly recommend getting the private toilet. Biggest life saver of the entire trip.

Our Safari was amazing. Again, Gody gave us a debriefing the night before we left and was there that morninh. Our guide, Living, was the man!! His energy and personality matched our group to a T. But more importantly, his knowledge of the national parks and where to find animals was outstanding. We saw everything the parks had to off all while relaxing drinking our Kilimanjaro and Safari beers. (Yes, you can have open containers while on safari!)

And to top our trip off, we had 5 days in Zanzibar for a little R&R. Pickup and transportation in and around Zanzibar was all taken care of. We didn't have to worry about a thing.

I would strongly recommend booking your trip with Bless Africa! You will not be disappointed.

The arrangements were excellent. We are from Hong Kong and joined the 8-day Lemosho Route hike (another group an 8-day wildlife safari to the rainforests) and then the 2 groups joined for a 6-day great migration safari afterwards through Bless Africa. Gody was such a great help - thanks to his prompt responses to our non-stop queries from pack list to laundry, from water sanitation to toilet arrangements. We had a few late changes to our team arrangement and Gody was so helpful in accommodating, huge help!

First the hike. We had 7 of us and were supported by a crew of 28 people, including 3 guides, an excellent chef with his team, and many others. Work was dedicated and clear for everyone, from the camp master arranging our camp sites every night, the toilet team taking care of the hygiene of our sitting toilets, the summit porters who escorted us through summit night on both sides of the path, the patrolling buddies taking care of the security of our camp area, and everyone else who is efficient in their arranged scope. Everyone joined the 8-days with a heartfelt smile - definitely not just a job for them, but something they truly loved and proud of. The guides Danson and Ben were amazing, taking care of us from contingency backpack carrying to holding onto us as we slip down with exhausted legs. They were knowledgeable to the area from geographics to history, and we even had a good chat on the education system and guide qualification system of the region. Having said this lot, in short, the team was very professional and reliable.

I'll leave the rainforest safari to the other Group to write on.

Then the wildlife safari for the great migration. We all knew that it's out of anyone's control to what types of animals we can see and of course down to luck of whether we can bump into the river crossing. We were so so grateful that we happen to see all the Big 5 AND the wildabeest river crossing! There were 8 of us for this safari and 2 guides Sharima and Michael were there for us. They are knowledgeable, and have eagle eyes - which can spot animals from afar including the Rhinos which were like a dot around 300m away. They too took great care of us, listening to our expectations and wishes, and tried their best to go for what we are looking for.

Thanks once again to Gody and his teams. Truly appreciate how you genuinely treat yourselves as ambassadors of the region and how much you love and wish to protect your nature. Would recommend them to anyone without a doubt.
