We were with Follow Alice for about a month, through 2 countries and 3 different experiences: the Kilimanjaro Lemosho Route, Serengeti safari and safari across Uganda. The planning and booking process was when I could tell we had made a great decision to travel with Follow Alice. Michael answered my many questions and helped tailor our trip to fit our needs and dates without hesitation. Everything was laid out for us, and we were walked through all the steps we needed to take on our own (visas, etc.). All other aspects of planning were taken care of for us, and really made us feel like we were in good hands. As someone who usually plans our trips, and rarely relies on travel services of any type, I can wholeheartedly say Follow Alice provides an exceptional product and exemplary service.
Planning and prep can only take you so far though, and I am equally impressed by Follow Alice's staffing. Each person we interacted with both from a virtual standpoint and on the ground was magnificent. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, helpful, was well prepared, and made smart adjustments as needed.
On Kilimanjaro, Justice, Jerry, and M'Safuri kept us safe, happy, and the whole crew kept us well fed and well taken care of each day.
During our Tanzanian safari, Karim was absolutely fantastic and led us so well through a packed 5 days. We learned so much and were able to see so much due to his immense knowledge and skill as a guide. We are very thankful for that experience.
We are equally thankful and impressed with Peter, our guide across Uganda. He taught us so much, not only about the plant and wildlife across the country but the history of the country as well. Having the historical backing made each experience more powerful as we knew what it took to get to these points in Ugandas conservation journey.
We are very thankful for our adventure with Follow Alice and felt it was worth every penny. We'll Follow Alice again for sure! Here's hoping they start offering safaris in India (hint, hint)!

Would definately recommend this tour Operator.
First of all, their social média (especially YouTube vidéo) is awesome and answers at least 95% of your questions.
Then, the pré-departure service is also incredible. Tash and Tine will do all they can to accomodate every of your needs and answers every of your questions. I love and need to be EXTREMELY prepared before going to a trip and they will make you a full absent complete scedule in few time. You can also add, modify or remove anything you need in the Same day. The pré-departure meeting is very complete and usefull. You really feel 100% ready and know exactly what to expect and the gear you need. I appreciated that there was no hidden fee. You knew exactly how much you paid and how much you should tip the porters.
The Lindrin lodge accomodation was way better than we expected. Would recommand this place to anyone going near Moshi.
Then, the best part of the trip for sure was the crew on site. Everything was perfectly organised and nothing was left to the destiny. They are true professionals in every aspect of the climb and they all are real professionals that made everything in their power to make sure that everyone go up safely. They were very serious about safety, while being very Nice and cool when needed. I can even say that I made friends whitin the crew and will remember them forever.
To conclude, the main reason I would recommand them is how their employees talked about the company and how they were treated. Be advised, be ready to see other cheap tour operators giving very bad conditions to their porters (no boots, no food, no water). However, we found that our crew had better conditions and they all told us that they were very well treated compared to other crew Operator and they all told us that FollowAlice is known to treated respecfully every employee.

I decided to trek to Kili with Follow Alice after watching some very informative vids on Youtube. I travelled from
London to Kili Airport and arrived on the 14th where I was met by a FA employee who drove me to Lindrin Lodge in Moshi. I spent an extra night enjoying the lush tropical surroundings and taking in the atmosphere.
After a thorough briefing from Chris( team leader in Tanzania) we met the lead guides the next morning: James, William, Ian, Francis, Alex, Gideon and others. The next few days they took us ‘pole, pole,’ through various climate zones and camps while getting us acclimatised to the rising altitude. They were so friendly and informative throughout the trek; always supportive, humorous and chatty. The porters were the stars of the trek, racing ahead to set up camp and finding time to return before our trek to alleviate us of our backpacks and dust down our boots and trek pants. A big shout out to William and Humphrey- our entertaining waiters who served us each day
What else can be said about this amazing army of Follow Alice helpers and guides who ensured that we all
made it to the summit of Uhuru peak.
If it’s adventure or an exotic holiday then I thoroughly recommend Follow Alice.
I’m already looking at returning to Tanzania for a safari!
Thank you everyone at Follow Alice

I did the 8-day Lemosho Route with Follow Alice in September 2021, and from the initial planning of the climb all the way to coordinating our transport back home, they were phenomenal.
Myself and 15 others were able to successfully summit Mt. Kilimanjaro because of Chris (our head guide) and his team’s encouragement and love for what they do. It was very evident that everything was thoroughly and thoughtfully planned out. For the entire climb, I felt that I was safe and in good hands. Chris and his team will forever have a place in my heart. And should I ever decide to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro again, Follow Alice is who I am going with. No questions asked. I could not have dreamt of a better experience.

I’ve traveled with Follow Alice on three separate trips now and I have to say they are great ! They really differentiate themselves from similar travel groups in that they offer the total package and attract such a great clientele. They manage to curate a wonderful group of like minded individuals and have lovely excursions and stays for you. I especially love the attention to detail and how they truly help you coordinate the dates and find trips that fit to your busy schedule. Again, highly recommended !! Thank you Follow Alice !!

I traveled this past New Year’s to Indonesia, it was my 3rd trip with Follow Alice and it did not disappoint! Follow Alice arranged a beautiful private island with an amazing group of people from all over the world. All details were coordinated from massages to home cooked meals, organized group activities and curated parties, making it possible to enjoy vacation without stressing about details. I would highly recommend any of Follow Alice’s trips if you are looking to explore a beautiful place with great people!

Follow Alice support team was excellent. GUIDES Florence, Trever, and Ah-hee were professional and knowledgable. Florence coached and encouraged me from stella point to uhuru peak so I could achieve my lifelong dream. I will never forget that. The porters, cooks and the rest of the support team were friendly , hard working and helpful. I'm 64 years old and they all looked after me and monitored me. Tents, sleeping bags , and jackets were all in good condition.
Thank you to everyone in Follow Alice for helping me realize an adventure of a lifetime.

I traveled with the Follow Alice team for about two weeks, travelling trough Indonesia - Bintan and Bali - and Singapore. It was an absolute dream vacation - the FA team handles logistics so well that I was able to relax and just go along for the ride. They also gathered an all star team from all of the world to join on the trip. Made a ton of new friends across the way. Five stars for this group!

PERFECTLY PERFECT!
We climbed Kilimanjaro with FollowAlice in November 2020. It was above expectations! Every single detail was accounted for.
From day 1 organizing the trip with Tash till summit day, everything was perfect.
Tash was very helpful and flexible, she offered a lot of tips, detailed info, gear checklist etc.
We were picked at the airport and one of the guides even agreed to take us in a tour in Moshi Town before our kili adventure began.
The guides were so experienced, funny and welcoming. The porters were great. The food was excellent. Tea, snacks, popcorn, soup and new menus every night. We already miss our guides Florence and Msafiri and their funny stories. Rama, Trevor, Rajab... Everyone was teamed up to help us reach our goal. I think part of our success to make it to the roof of Africa goes back to them ❤️🌍. Also, good to mention FollowAlice had offered us a good bottle to celebrate, in PinkFlamingo 🎉

I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and all of its people! They go above and beyond every step of the way. From initial itinerary and planning to getting us safely to Uhuru Peak they were there every step of the way. If you are considering climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro or safari in Tanzania this is the organization to go with!
