I absolutely love this park. It’s great for a weekend hike and convenient since it’s only about a 10 minute drive from where I live.

We camped in site#1 which is a pull through site. It was very clean and roomy. There was shade most of the day. My apendix ruptured while we were here and I got very sick but as sick as I was it was still amazing!...More

I checked their website and found out that the 8th was Family fun day. The park and paddle boats were free for that day. They also had contests for the kids to do. For a family of 6 all it cost us was the gas...More

Awesome place for any size family! I brought my children here 25 years ago and am now being my grandchildren! Very clean, even restrooms! Very friendly employees and Rangers. Great fishing, beautiful camping sites and trails, and can stay for a few hours or days....More

Small, but beautiful scenery and very well maintained. Had a great swim. There's a snack bar, kayaks and paddle boats to rent, a nice playground with a bunch of picnic areas.

YES! We have a local who fishes every morning in the spring and summer in a float fishing tube. Those are really cool!
