The mall is very crowded, some shops don't have merchandise and if you are foreign without local currency you may have trouble using your visa or master card. I will not be spending any time there.

I have lived in Venezuela for a couple of years. Many big malls and beautiful nature. Sambil is a quite big mall with variety in food and shopping stores. However, right now, I would not recommend anyone to visit not just the mall but Caracas too. It turned more dangerous than ever to be a foreigner in that place. Too... More

If you want to go shopping there are a lot of shops there, but it is not the safest place in Caracas. Very crowded and the prices you will find are maybe more expensive than in any other shops in the city. The only advantage will be that there are a lot of different shops and you may find what... Just in front of our hotel was situated the sambil mall chacao Caracas. Huge shopping mall in Venezuela compared to others in the country, probably the biggest. Prices in bsf parallel market bought really cheap. Five of us generously eating and drinking at the Hard Rock cafe weren't able to spend a 100 $

The lines were crazy on Friday, Feb. 26. Maybe this is normal? We divided and 1 stood in the ticket buying line and 2 in the popcorn line. We were standing in line for about 40 minutes. Luckily we still got 3 seats together and were sitting before the movie started.

If you visit and want a distraction this is a huge mall with plenty of stores and restaurants. I did manicure, pedicure and hair cut for USD15 including a big tip..

This mall is well located near the upper segment of Caracas.. It is large... Lots of stores, places to eat, and entertainment... Good for a rainy day, going to the movies or just shopping... This place is ok... There is security inside so somewhat safe!! Enjoy

Big Commercial Center with very easy access through public transport. Full stop. You can find little and get robbed. Quite dangerous atmosphere. Super crowded. Poor infrastructure, lightening and a design that I find personally ugly and impractical. Really not nice and not recommended. Go to Las Mercedes-

This is a big Commercial Center of very easy access through public transport. You can find all kind of shops here: clothes, shoes pharmacy, entertainment, electrical appliances, technology, communications, cinema... There are several restaurants of certain quality (a bit expensive though) and a huge food court with all kind of fast food (burguers, mexican, japanese, chinese, venezuelan, arab, ice creams,...
