Purchased two sausages from workers in period dress, I guess to reflect that this bakery is used as a filming location in period dramas. They were quite disappointing, but at least the setting was pretty.

Purchased a takeaway egg salad baguette on the morning of 13 October which was marked 'use by end 13/10'. On opening at lunch-time, was greeted by disintegrating greenish coloured eggs, translucent mould-covered cucumber and a foul smell. This was totally inedible and constituted a risk...More

Stopped here on our tour very good service fantastic pastries. Nice little added attraction the employee there was dressed up in a traditional clothing

great traditional bakery food to fill your lunch requirments when visiting the beautiful village of lacock. use it once a year when there for lacock at war, always delights us.

When walking around Lacock on a snowy sunday we were pleased to see the bakery open. We popped in to check out there fair. Nice to see the assistant in period dress. We did buy pork pies and bread.

Popped in for fresh bread while on a day visit to Lacock; nearly distracted by the delicious looking range of cakes, chocolates, pies and pasties! Bought a crusty cottage loaf, and flour coated wholemeal loaf, which we have really enjoyed.... This was a busy Saturday...More
