I visited the forbidden corner with my partner and it wasn't what I expected, I thought I would have spent a lot more time here but after an hour I had seen everything and I was ready to go. This place I would say is great for a family day out, its a maze of different paths, leading you to... More

We had a brilliant time running around here finding all the clues, it was amazing, we stopped for lunch in the cafe which was lovely and carried on afterwards, it is a brilliant day out for all and definitely will be needing a second visit in case we missed any hidden gems!

I'd wanted to go to the forbidden corner for years but never had the chance as we don't drive and it's a fair distance from Leeds - luckily some (adult) friends of ours were going for their birthday so we were able to take our 3 year old this weekend. Booking was simple and easy, we had some difficulty getting... More

Went to the Forbidden Corner not knowing what to expect. Initially I thought it would just be for families with young children. I was wrong, it was a very entertaining, stunning views and full of surprises (which I will not give away).

Fantastic place to spend time with family and fill in a few hours without spending a fortune! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to forbidden corner and did not expect to be entertained so much by so little! Genius idea hidden away in the countryside! The only gamble is the pre booking system - if the weather is bad then it would... More

We were four adults from Leeds (two from Spain on vacation) who came into this with genuinely few expectations. As everyone else has said, it's hard to describe without spoiling the experience for others but if you like clever/bawdy humor, cultured throwbacks, a few challenges to the senses and getting a wee bit lost - The Forbidden Corner is worth... Had an amazing time, not just for kids, great for adults too. Never been so happy to be lost for a few hours! Something fabulous around each corner. The mausoleum terrified me! A am like a kid tho! Will definitely recommend a visit and intend to do so again

Went with our family and five year old granddaughter for a birthday treat, had a great day in the gardens lots of fun and laughter and lots to see some buts scared the little one so discretion signs would useful to parents in the future but would highly recommend this to all. Fun quirky and full of Yorkshire Magic!

Really fun day out with the family even on a rainy day. Lots of little caves/stairways/tunnels to explore. Be better if the weather was on our side but still had a fantastic day out.

Went with friends - fantastic attraction. Unique! We explored for hours and found all but the dog peering over the wall, where on earth is that?! Well worth the entrance fee. We did comment on the lack of accessible areas which is a shame for very young children and anyone less physically able, maybe worth developing an area that is?... More
