Visited today and this museum was closed despite the adverts online that it is open. Man on duty was rather sarcastic and argued that there was no indication that the museum was open and that he has no control over google / trip advisor. I...More

Worth a visit if in area, lots of reading, prisoners letters, and more. Articles on display knives and such prisoner's have made, also mock up cell as today and in the past. Interesting but wress omega teepee narrow steps to get down stairs.

If you are interested in prisons this is a super museum with a very friendly curator. A must if anywhere near Princetown . Fascinating.
