This is a beautiful church in the old historic centre of La Orotava. Outside are twin towers, one with a clock, nice architecture but nothing spectacular. Inside however is very different, gorgeous stained glass windows, beautiful altar in marble and a domed ceiling also with...More

A lovely church, beautiful interior and windows. It feels very peaceful inside. I didn’t take any photos as I don’t feel comfortable taking the phone or camera out in a church. But I still have it in my minds eye!

Old church in the middle of the town, heart of the old town. Church is easy to access, welcoming. Around there is small park to walk around and enjoy the building.

Gorgeous, welcoming church. Go in and light a candle. Take in the stained glass windows and the ornate structure.

This beautiful church sits in the heart of the old town and is well worth a visit as it is recognised as being one of the finest examples of baroque architecture in the whole of the Canaries

Beautiful Baroque architecture in the middle of the village. In 1948, the Church of La Concepción in La Orotava was declared a National Historic Monument. Breathtaking!

Great if you like that sort of thing a bit too much if you don't. The town us gorgeous with a surprise round each corner. Sit in the square and admire the church. That's all.
