I always enjoy coming to Bolonia beach for the suggestive view you have and the mix between history and nature. It is worth to spend a couple of days to visit the entire area: beach, archeological sites, dune and natural swimming pool.
Found this by chance and to be honest no pictures do this place justice especially the 30 meter high dunes that you have to walk up in order to appreciate nature at its best
The beach was accessible and it was a good place to just hang around and watch the kite surfers do their thing.
We ate at a local bar restaurant, which was quite average in every respect and not very busy, so I would doubt it improved with the pending influx of tourists.

I am not sure I should tell you all about this place. Most people even in the near by areas seem not to know about this hidden paradise. It is an incredibly beautiful place. Fantastic hikes along the beautiful coast line and
lovely beach but parking and access a pain as the place gets rammed in good weather! We went twice, the first time we had to abandon the visit as nowhere to park.
