Timed entrance means manageable numbers in the caves, and the guides are very knowledgeable. Quite a few steps but not really that arduous at all.

If visiting Nerja or local towns the caves are a cultural must. The tour takes approx 30 mins. On arrival your equipped with an audio devise and off you go. Flip flops are not allowed however I noted plenty of people wearing them.

They have done a fantastic job of setting this up. Well lit, these caves are spectacular. There is an audio guide in several languages, though I never really got to listen as one of my twins demanded it! Do wear decent shoes, as there are...More

An inspiring visit. Only 10 euros each, with an audio. Takes about 40 minutes. Must book before visiting otherwise you won’t get in. We visited in the morning to see the caves in the evening as we were staying in Nerja. Better option is to...More

You can but you might have to be prepared for a long queue! I would suggest buying them in advance
