We didn't start out as early as we wanted as we underestimated how long it would take to drive from Burunchel, where we stayed, through the park to the start of the walk. We started walking at 9am and were in shade and a cool...More

We hiked 20KM from the start to the lagoon at the top and back down, views all the way along the route are spectacular and there are plenty of places en route to stop and enjoy a swim or paddle in the river, we had...More

Simply breathtaking one of the most peaceful walks we have ever had the pleasure to try. Wonderfully quiet as low season, just the birds and rushing water for company. Do take into account the time it will take to get back as this isn't a...More

Starting at the fish farm and then all along the Rio Borosa. Pretty easy to begin with and then progressively more difficult the further along the river you get till you pass the HEP station and then you have rocks falls to clamber over but...More

Superb weather on December 24 for this hike ! And of course very quiet. The hiking is somewhat similar and as good as in Aragon in the Pyrenees. There is a sign 'end of trail' after 8 km but that's where it really becomes great...More

We walked this on a rainy day. The paths and boardwalks are easy to follow, and we had a brolly each with no problems. There are many birds and plants of interest. We even had a little sheep escort us on part of the walk

Good car parking. The walk is on a path by the river, it is a linear walk. After about 2 hours there is an interesting hanging walkway in a small canyon. To make it to the lakes would be a round trip of 6/7 hours...More

Easy and Nice walk to do. Unfortunately for us there were no rain recently so the water level seemed low. But the scenery were Nice and trees already got their autumn robes. Not that many people around 3pm.

In winter, better to stay in Cazorla where there are several hotels in the town center. In summer, there is accomodation very near the hike in the national park.
