We're at a wedding in the village and this was our second visit but still love the location and surroundings. Good local bars and walks round the Laguna

Just a relatively short drive north from the A384 and very close to the A92, the nature reserve at the lagoon, Laguna De Fuente De Piedra, populated by several thousand pink flamingos is well worth breaking your journey for if you are passing by. The...More

The laguna was almost dried out when we were there, so we just saw a few flamengos. We took the 21km-drive around the salt lake and got some nice additional views. Take your 15 mins for all the information provided by the visitors center.

We arrived in mid May and saw a total of 5 flamingos thats not really the visitor centres fault but to be honest if they birds are not there this is no real reason to visit
