Stopped off when we saw the sign, lovely peaceful ruins with a lot to explore. Not a whole lot of information but still a nice place to unwind.

These ruins are amazing. No one was there but our small group, so we got to explore the entire abbey at our leisure. The kids were able to go inside all over the entire complex.

This was another unexpected little stop as a friend and Irish local took us here. No crowds. Easy to find. Was able to explore inside and around. Beautiful little stop.

On a warm day, this place is lovely to just go and chill out amongst 12th, 15th and 16th century history. Don't expect facilities, restaurants and ice cream parlours... just peace and somewhere for the kids to adventure. Take the dog and enjoy!
