We visited here not knowing exactly what to expect. But it certainly met any expectations we would have had. The guide knew his stuff, and was happy to answer any questions I asked. It was an uncomfortable part of Irish history, but good to know.

Very interesting place, made even more interesting by the lovely knowledgable lady guide that took us around. Is an eye opener to the struggles of the Irish past.
