And relax. Great setup, lovely warm water, not to expensive, you can really soak away those ring road driving aches and pains here. Recommended.

We came here at night, it was very cold so stepping into the hot pool was just lovely. The facilities were fine (although it cost extra to rent a towel and no shoes provided) and the sauna was fun. Personally, I preferred the Blue Lagoon,...More

I wasn't sure what to expect when we arrived at Myvatn Nature Baths. It was just after opening and not to busy. Customer service was easy and staff was very helpful. We stayed for about an hour - we had a tight schedule to keep....More

We had chosen to try this over the the very touristy blue lagoon and it lived up to our expectations. We got there in the morning and it has just about 10 people. The pools temperature was soothing and there is also a warm plunge...More

We went here for a midnight dip (technically 10pm - 11:30pm) and really enjoyed it. It did not at all have the same tourist vibe as the Blue Lagoon. Of course, there were plenty of tourists there, but it seemed more authentic and "local." The...More

This was my favorite stop on our shore excursion in aykerari iceland. I would have loved to have spent all day here. There was something so "cool" about being in this large warm pond during a light drizzle set in a landscape that was out...More

It's was wonderful to soak in a natural hot spring in the middle of a lava field. The water could have been warmer and the ladies change room 1 was overcrowded and lacking.

We really enjoyed our visit to the baths here much more than the Blue Lagoon. There was a more authentic feel, better service, and the sunset view over Lake Myvatn is unbeatable. The lifeguard delivery of beer to the waterside is an amazing touch.

If you can drive, driving around Iceland is way cheaper than getting a tour. And you can see everything on your own time.
