We took the dinner ride on the train. It was a very nicely renovated 1920s rail car. The train doesn't go very far, but that is more than likely because it rocks back and forth a bit and it would be hard to eat dinner like that. For dinner we got a cup of soup, salad, main meal which we... More

The ES&NA Luncheon train ride is a fun way to experience a bit of the elegance of the past. The 1930's dining car is kept in excellent shape, the food is very good, and the service excellent. The ride itself is less than thrilling as they simply go up and back the same piece of track, but the overall experience... More

My daughter and I rode the train and lunched in the dining car -- something I've wanted to do all my life. It just travels a short distance, but they manage to make the trip last an hour and a half. My only complaint is that when I traveled with my sister to Eureka Springs this last time, we couldn't... More

So neat!! We booked the dining car experience and really enjoyed it! I had the chicken salad and it was pretty good. Dessert was very yummy! The wait staff is great! For a little while the train went back and forth which was kinda odd. They also do an excursion car and I'm assuming they were letting people on and... More

We to add the Saturday excursion without the meal. This was a very enjoyable train ride through the hills of Arkansas. The conductor and engineer work hard to make this a pleasant ride for everyone. A little plodding. Definitely not for the thrill seekers, but an overall great experience.

This is by far my favorite place on earth! I could live here. I would love to be one of those stories that is told where they come and never even go back to get their stuff. Just stayed forever!

Really nice. The staff and crew works very hard to insure a goodtime and trip. We had the Beef Stroganoff and the Chicken salad. Both were very good. It included Ice Tea, hot rolls and a homemade vanilla brownie with ice cream. Coffee was seved with dessert. All in all a great value. The owner was even in our dining... More
