We enjoyed a picnic lunch at the park then hiked for a while. It was quiet & beautiful. It looks like the boat house is well supplied, I would have loved to rent a kayak if we were here in season.

Beautiful area and nice easy hike. We enjoyed and peaceful atmosphere. Hike to the damn and waterfall were great.

We hiked around the lake and it was a nice scenic area with a lot of birds to look at. We didn't make it to the dam but they say it is worth the hike.

Took a day off of beaver lake and took the kayak over to lake leatherwood. Had the entire lake to myself to paddle and fish. It was quiet little get away. I noticed they have cabins for rent too. May have to check this out...More

Hiking trails were not too challenging - something for everyone. Many places to explore and enjoy the scenery

There is no better place around Eureka Springs than Lake Leatherwood. The also have cabins for rent and RV spots and those who love to camping well they have that too. Fishing is great !!

Nothing much to see. Told this was a good rock collecting site, however there was no place to pull off the highway to get a look at the shore.

I agree with the other answer too. The lake is really beautiful but no shore line for much of anything. Not the right place to have a wedding at

This was a beautiful Lake to Hike in and the scenery is just gorgeous! I did not see any access to swimming
