My 10-year old daughter and I went on the ghost tour and had Maid Marion as our tour guide. She was hilarious and was very knowledgeable about the history(ghostly history included) of the hotel well as Eureka Springs. We had a fantastic time!

We expected frightening stories or rural story telling. What we had was a wonderful learning experience. Great history was shared during the tour and walking through the hotel was so much fun. I think the prices could be a bit lower but we enjoyed it.

Before I took this tour I had only heard stories about the ghosts living at the Crescent Hotel. I’m very skeptical of second-hand stories, but taking this tour put my doubts to rest. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better experience thanks to Duchess Debra! She...More

By far the best part of my trip to Eureka Springs!! Duchess Debra ensured we had the most fun, haunted experience!! Pretty sure we photographed an orb. The Skybar is also a must while you wait for the tour to begin. Highly recommended to all!!

My daughter and I took the 11:00pm tour last Sunday. I read other reviews that stated the last tour gets “shorted”. Perhaps this was the case. While the guide was informative, we weren’t presented with much that was not attainable on the internet. The hotel...More

Our guide was wonderful. She was very comfortable telling stories and engaging everyone. Lots of fun. We even had a thunderstorm!!! And I think we saw a ghost.

We were not very impressed with the tour. It was 10 pm and it seemed rushed. Great history but not worth the cost to us. I just thought a Friday the 13th ghost tour would be a little more detailed.

You can wander the hotel public spaces as you like, but you need to be on a tour to see the most haunted room (if it is not booked) and the former morgue at the bottom. And you will miss the ghost story telling, which was... More
