We did the 9:30 tour. Our guide was Maid Marian. This tour was excellent. She was knowledgeable in the history of the hotel. I would strongly recommend this tour and ask for Maid Marian

You can wander the hotel public spaces as you like, but you need to be on a tour to see the most haunted room (if it is not booked) and the former morgue at the bottom. And you will miss the ghost story telling, which was... More

The tickets are $22 and the tours are nightly 7 - 11 pm.

The balcony where the pizza place is on the 4th floor allows smoking.
