This was an interesting history lesson of the hotel. It would have been fine without the two people in the group that were overly dramatic. There was nothing scary throughout the entire walk just lots of ugly events that are attached to this hotel. The...More

They really enjoyed it. It gives the history of the building and information of the residence. I attended a wedding held there and it was most exquisite. They had their rehearsal dinner there and the whole wedding party. It is a very accommodating place. Everything...More

The Ghost Tour was a lot of fun and very creepy. Our tour guide was fantastic as well. You definitely need to check out if ever in Eureka Springs!

We didn't do the tour we just walked to the look out and it was beautiful. The building was awesome. We had 10 kids with us ages 5 to 16 so if we didn't have the small children we would have done the actual tour....More

Love the history of the hotel and the ghost stories that went along with it. We had a couple in our group that had a special app that would say things like disease, playing, Mandy, etc.. that went along with the stories being told before they...More

This was an informative tour of a 1886 hotel that is haunted. Although we were not lucky enough to see a ghost, the hotel is fascinating and the tour guides are great. We plan on returning and staying at the hotel to see what happens!

Maid Marion was our guide and she was very good at her job! The history included along with the stories of the hauntings was very informative. The old hotel is mostly period perfect - with a lot of character.

The Ghost Tour was very informative and fun but it should have either lasted longer or had less people. We stayed in one of the "haunted" rooms and it was in very poor condition and smelled horrible for the price that was charged. Due to...More

This tour was a bunch of fun. Going in, I was skeptical. I didn't want my imagination to influence the potential of experiencing something supernatural. We went to this primarily for my teenage daughter. Most times, you don't get to go into the rooms because...More

You can wander the hotel public spaces as you like, but you need to be on a tour to see the most haunted room (if it is not booked) and the former morgue at the bottom. And you will miss the ghost story telling, which was... More
