Not much in there but a few cool reads and pictures. Coolest thing was the huge 3d wall map that lights up different parts of the river through the Canyon and shows videos of that particular part of it.

We picked up a map with information where we could see Phantom Ranch as well as the Colorado River. We watched a video.

Very good information with a wonderful introduction to the park, we had first visitors with us and I have been going since 1958. Always learning new information and this is the place to learn it.

The film gives a great introduction to this national park. The map is helpful and the displays interesting. Must see is a ranger talk. These are fascinating for young and old and the rangers are a wealth of knowledge.

We all visited the info center to gather some info on the canyon and get a Natl Parks stamp. Very helpful and professional.

We were at the Grand Canyon for sunrise but then went back to the Info Center to enjoy a better explanation of what we experienced. The facility is "green" and the movie was wonderful.

I believe you can buy a lifetime NP membership for $10 at the age of 62. Enjoy the parks. Best $10 investment :)

In June we paid US $15 each for each of our entries, however, if you intend to go to any other national parks, it is even better value to buy an annual pass. I think the break even point is three parks, but it might be worth... More
