Huge mall. I personally liked shopping at this mall shopping for something more formal as they have few dress shops, where you can look for prom, bridal, and formal dresses. Can be overwhelming as it is huge. WEAR COMFY SHOES if you are planning on a long time here. OH and stop at puppies and love, say hi to the cute pups.

My wife and I stopped at the Arizona Mills Mall our next to last night in the Scottsdale area for dinner at Garcia's. It was nice walking around the mall first and then deciding on Garcia's Mexican Restaurant.

The Mall was like many others that we have been to...The shops were the same and there were many choices for food. Most of the review is about Garcia's Restaurant because we spent the most of our time there.

Our server was Mariana and she was friendly, polite and helpful. We ordered the Chicken Fajitas and shared them along with a couple of Diet Pepsi's. The Fajitas were good and a nice sized portion. The chips and salsa were also good.

All in all we both enjoyed our visit to Garcia's...And to the Arizona Mills mall.

The Arizona Mills Mall... it’s ok, during the day! But, sad to say, it looks extremely tired.

This mall does have the Lego discovery center, A subsidiary of The Aquarium, A Häagen-Dazs, an IMAX and a few other upscale stores. Unfortunately, those premium establishments are not drawing enough of the clientele that this mall desperately needs.

There is a beautiful Lego fountain at the entrance where the Lego discovery center is but Unfortunately there’s no water in the fountain.. making even the outside of the mall look tired. One is able to see lack of upkeep throughout the mall.

The food court was empty, dark and sinister feeling.... the restaurants were all closed (I’m sure due to COVID) but DO all of the lights have to be turned off? I did notice that the food kiosks through out the mall were open.

The wood floors in the main walkways of the mall were worn out, varnish coming off (dry looking), uneven boards (trip hazards) and were in need of filling and refinishing (maybe even replacing).

There are many good quality, brand name, outlet stores here but Some of the retailers seem to be Fly-by-night type while others are designed to attract a specific type of clientele, The kind that may bring the riffraff making some folks feel uncomfortable... specially after dark.

During the day from 10:30 am until 3:00 pm This is a good place for children (Who have attentive parents, with cash to spend) There is a little mall train ($5.00 per person, per ride or $10 per person unlimited rides) a carousel ($3.00 per person, per ride), there are cute little motorcycle type rides that the children can actually drive ($15 for 20 minutes) and some other little children’s amusement rides ($1.00 per ride).
The free child’s play land was closed (I’m sure due to Covid) but the rest of the amusement areas (including the arcade) were open... Strange (That certainly didn’t make any sense)

If you are planning to visit the Rainforest café while in the Arizona Mills Mall, yourself a favor and read the reviews.

I would recommend this mall during the day time hours. It’s a good place to shop because of the extreme diverse mix of cultures, one can certainly find “something for everyone” in this mall. Just know it is tired and getting run down.

A great place to beat the heat while getting some exercise here in the Valley of the Sunstroke! Three laps around the perimeter takes me about an hour, less if I power walk. Some of the visitors aren't all that careful about masking, despite it being required, but it's easy enough to avoid them. The shops are mostly outlet stores, so there are lots of bargains for stop-off shopping, esp nowadays.

Visited the Mall with my daughter on our way to the Black Market Mineral rock store. The mall is large and clean, with a wide variety of shops as well as a nice food court area. With many malls across the US dying and shutting down, it was nice to see this active, vibrant busy mall full of people who were enjoying it and their shopping experience there. I hope it continues to do well so I can shop there again the next time I visit.

We grew up with malls and still like to shop or walk at them; especially when it is too hot or cold outside. We were looking for a Starbucks and a Chicos so we drove over to Arizona Mills which was close to our rental. The exterior in a need of paint (which I imagine fades quickly here) but we headed in thinking there would be lots of empty windows. We were pleasantly surprised! The mall is huge and most of the storefronts are still occupied by stores you'd recognize. In addition, we were impressed by the number of great activity opportunities for kids.

The most Embarrassed experience at marshals. I was at the Arizona Mills location looking to buy patio furniture and I was sitting on a chair. The supervisor yelled at me and my wife across the store and said that we could not sit on the chair when there wasn’t a sign on the chair at all. All of the associates were talking into their headsets about me in front of my wife when she was paying for items that we had picked out. Then the an associate put a sign really quick in the chair. The supervisor made it point to point it out to me that there was a sign when there wasn’t a sign to begin with. This was the worse experience and most embracing experience I’ve ever had at a Marshals location. My wife and I have been shopping for many years and we’ve never felt this embarrassed. Especially because the supervisor looked at me and started to talk about me to his associates like he was making fun me to them. If anyone goes to this location you will right away who is the supervisor and how he treats the customers.
