Visited here for the first time. Popped to the Three Horseshoes first, where we had a great lunch and it filled us up nicely for our walk. We had to ask in the pub where to go as it wasn’t very clear - it could...More

We had a fantastic time walking along the paths trying to spot newts and other wildlife. We found a lovely place for a picnic and spent a couple of hours exploring the area.

Whilst I expect most people will enjoy the walks on the boardwalks and heath land and on a sunny day I imagine it's a great place. My one concern is that it doesn't seem to cater for elderly people or people with walking problems. I...More

Lovely walks under a wide open sky. Loads of birds including some rare ones. Lots of very well built and maintained boardwalks over marshy areas. Highly recommended for nature lovers, dog walkers and horse riders alike.

This nature reserve has its very own dragonfly walk which is the reason I visited. It's well signposted and has plenty of information about wildlife and the various dragonflies that can be seen there.

Great walk A good two hour walk with military action around it. We saw soldiers on camouflage which was exciting.
