The Bluebird Ramada was a fantastic place for our reunion. Great facilities! The covered area was the perfect size to accommodate 50-60 people.

My favorite thing about visiting is that we did not have to leave far from town to let the children experience their first fishing experience. They loved the trails and water. I loved the outdoor grill and clean restrooms. Superb family fun.

There are 2 short paths that go around the lake, not really hiking trails. Otherwise the Sitgteaves forest has many trails in Lakeside. Our favorite is the Country Club, approx 10 miles from the park.
