The Kraus family came to Sedona in 1993 with all their worldly goods and a dream, to brew great fresh beer the way Fred learned at the Gasthausbrauerei Hufeisen, or Horseshoe Brewery, in the picturesque village of Pottenstein, Germany. The dream became reality when they opened the doors of Oak Creek Brewing Co. in west Sedona. Known to locals and tourists alike as the place to enjoy delicious handcrafted brews in a relaxed, unique setting.

Beer was fantastic...settle for the Nut Brown ale. Bartender was a disappointment with little people skills. Ordered food from the attached barbecue vendor and it was probably the worst pulled pork nachos I've ever had! Not much pork to be found, no tomatoes or lettuce,...More

We needed a cold drink after our ATV tour, and were curious to try as much Arizona beer as we could, so stopped in for some appetizers and drinks. The IPA was pretty good (taking into consideration we live in a craft brew mecca), and...More

I'm almost reluctant to review for fear of replacing the local crowd with camera wielding tourists, but here goes.... Sedona has changed a lot in the twenty years we've been going. Some of the changes have been good, but many have sought to destroy the...More

I stopped in for a cold one...couldn't pass up the BBQ, it called to me. Brisket and some slaw, very nice, crisp apple made it .... 'bright'....I had an IPA medium size, the room is comfortable, lively and accommodating. Top notch knowledgeable staff....good job

We had to wait 40 minutes for a table for 4 but it was worth it. The food was excellent as well as their beer...I loved their IPA.. The burgers were awesome as well as their coleslaw.

We sat at the bar for drinks and dinner. Bartenders were friendly and provided excellent service. Food was excellent and priced fairly. Atmosphere was great casual, but nice.

It feels like you are driving down an alley to get to this place, and I can't say the ambiance is, well, hip. I can say they brew some darn good beer! Sediba BBQ Company is inside the door, where you can order some good...More
