Surprising and Free to See

They pointed this out to us as we were waiting for our Pink Jeep Tour ... so it's free for all to see..

Kids and family really enjoyed this drive. We have a puppy named Snoopy so it made it extra special!

This rock formation was actually within view of our hotel, so we saw the sun emblazon it daily. We were told there are two Snoopy Rocks. They are right next to each other: Big and little. The little one truly looks like Snoopy though.

Once you find it and actually see it it's great but hard to find and asking people was worthless, no one knew what we were talking about!

If you miss it, turn around and go back. It may just be a drive-by experience but worth the drive. Fun.

A lot of these rock formations require an imagination but this one really looked like the lovable cartoon character to me.

We kept being told to go see snoopy rock, but were not with a tour and could not find it. Then when we went to the bell rock park area, there it was plain as day. Very nice rock formation surrounded by great trails and lots of beautiful other rock formations. From then on it was easy to spot it... More

If you are anywhere in the downtown area of Sedona, you can't miss the sight of Snoopy Rock. I think it is appropriately named. We took our best pictures of Snoopy Rock from Sounds Bites Grill just before sunset. Great view of one of Sedona's best known rock formations.
