Stopped in this store to browse while out for a walk and ended up buying a great Icebreaker 3/4 zip turtleneck and a few small items. Their selection of women's clothes is excellent and they seem to stock only high quality clothes and gear that people who spend a lot of time outdoors have vetted. I wish they had a... More

This is a well-stocked store with extremely knowledgeable staff. I went in looking for some hiking poles, but was captured by the wide array of outdoor gear and clothing. The owner and other staff helped guide me through the choices and showed me exactly how to operate the equipment I bought. On top of that they have a fun way... More

After a training session at the Humane Society I decided I needed either a small hydration pack or fanny pack for doggie treats. Great selection of both items. I decided on a fanny pack which fit my small frame comfortably and had plenty of space for keys, lip gloss, doggie treats and a bottle of water. I was a little... More

Purchased a couple of things here for our hikes. Saw the same items in uptown Sedona later for 10% more money. Very friendly associates.

Thank you for shopping at our store. We pride ourselves in always maintaining the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). Though many of our customers are tourists we also have a huge loyal local customer base who can comparison shop. We never "up charge" tourists as other stores might, that's why we've been in business for over 23 years. More

This is a great shop for all your outdoor needs. The merchandise is of great quality and fairly priced. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Kristi provided awesome service in helping to fit my husband and me with hiking boots and socks. Canyon Outfitters is definitely our one stop for our hiking needs.

My daughter needed some new insoles for her hiking boots. They didn't her size, but they had a whole box of new insoles they had removed from new boots. Found one on her size, and didn't us for it. We founds lots of other necessities there, though. Really nice and helpful!

Just went in for hiking socks, but came out with a few more goodies. Very helpful staff not just with the store's merchandise, but gave us insight and ideas of areas to visit while staying in Sedona. Will return to this store for the quality items and the friendly service.

When we pulled in the parking lot, the first thing my husband said was "I bet they are going to be expensive". We were pleasantly surprised that the prices were not outrageous. The hiking boots and backpack were about the same price we would have paid for them in Texas. They had a decent selection to choose from.

Thank you for shopping with us. Our prices are the manufacturer's suggested retail (MSRP) you find in Texas and anywhere else in the US. Many of our customers are repeat locals who know we do not have the "Sedona gouge" other tourist-oriented shops in Sedona have. We hope you had a good visit. More

While visiting Sedona, I discovered an urgent need for new shoes for my son. We stopped at Canyon Outfitters and immediately found the brand and style of shoe we wanted. MaryAnn at the front counter was extremely helpful. She did a better job measuring my son's feet and recommending a fit than many other stores I've been to. Canyon Outfitters... More

"Mary Ann, we have a situation!" Said the lady at the front counter to the lady in the back of the store. Meaning that I brought in my own hiking sticks that were malfunctioning in this hiking Mecca. Mary Ann patiently took them apart and with her tools fixed them for me. In five minutes I was ready to take... More
