Our hotel concierge told us that the art galleries opened on Thursday nights for an "Artwalk." We found the town very quiet, and only a few galleries were open. Quite disappointing. Don't really know what the problem is.

Just a fun place to walk around, eat, drink, shop, and watch people. Some really good restaurants/bars! Reminds me of The Stockyards in Fort Worth which is also a great place to hang out!! If you’re in Phoenix, don’t miss this highlight!

Very fun to wander and shop here for this Easterner. You'll find both fun souvenirs and expensive artisan work. All the Christmas lights, music, and decorations were lovely. Beyond Old Town, walk through park to City Hall. Just beautiful!
