I was in Scottsdale for a few days of baseball games throughout the Cactus League and found that Old Town was a great spot to just start walking at a casual pace and explore away; So many different places to eat, shop, check out interesting arts and crafts of a wide variety. If you like to walk this is a... More

If you like dodging people and seeing the same shops over and over then this is your place. We stopped for a bit to eat and was not disappointed with our selection, Cien Tequila. Great taco selection and had my first Phoenix Camalback IPA.....I recommend that beer to anyone. But the place reminded me of any tourist location regardless of... More

The sculpture of the wild horses is the best part of the visit - but one can see this sculpture in other parts of Scottsdale. If you love shopping for chintzy knick-knacks, then this is the place for you. The tourist shops are everywhere. You will need to bring at least a 100$ for your visit because there are a... More

Old town Scottsdale is full of shops and very visitor friendly with info booths, some pretty gardens, fountains, free shuttles and a plethora of eating establishments. If you like high end galleries and/or cheap visitor wares you will find lots of opportunities to shop.

Visited Old Town Scottsdale. It was a mix between modern and old western style. Lots of shops and galleries and restaurants. Very quaint and it even offers a short free Trolley tour. I loved all the sculptures around town. The five horses in the middle of a fountain was beautiful. Great place to spend an afternoon touring around. The shops... More

We visited the Old Town area over 3 days that we were stayed in the area. Area was clean and easy to walk about. Felt safe and secure after dark. Many food options available and several restaurants with outdoor seating. Reasonable cost at most food and drink service locations.

Nice area to visit. Lots of unique shops and restaurants. I would go back and spend more time there as we were limited on time when we went.

Some good shopping, lots of great restaurants. But we found the areas we preferred for killing time were more like the bigger mall on Camelback, Arcosanti bell foundry, Taliesin West, and spring training baseball.
